Fight Gone Bad VI – September 17th

Fight Gone Bad is CrossFit’s largest charity event.  This year, the WOD will take place at gyms all over the world on September 17th, with proceeds benefiting the Special Operations Warrior Foundation, Camp Patriot, and CrossFit Kids/ISR.  What does the Fight Gone Bad workout consist of, you might ask…

In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. The stations are wall-ball,sumo deadlift high-pull, box jump, push-press, and row.  The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. On call of “rotate,” the athlete/s must move to next station immediately for good score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.
