Want to see what the “Average American” is consuming on a yearly basis?  Check out this infographic from Business Insider.  This is pretty astonishing information.  How do you stack up?  Does it make you reconsider what you are putting into your body?

Front Squat

WOD:

P1:  10 yard barbell push

8 Lateral Burpees

10 yard barbell push

P2:  One arm KB push press

*P2 Reps out as many reps as possible while P1 works.  Head to head, most reps wins.
