Nutrition Seminar (February 2nd) - Our very own Jeff Allen will take you through a nutrition seminar that will focus on how to manage the paleo diet and improve your health. Join us after our normal Saturday class!
Whole30 (February 2nd-March 3rd) - This is a STRICT paleo challenge to help “reset” your nutrition and correct many of the bad habits we all have when it comes to food choices. How drastically can your body composition and energy levels change after 30 days of clean eating?
ConocoPhillips Rodeo Run 5K/10K (February 23rd) – Join Cannon members as we run to kick off the 2013 Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo! Be sure to register by February 2nd to save on your entry fee. After party will be hosted by Logan; be sure to sign up at the gym if you plan on attending!
Meat and Greet – Due to the success and deliciousness of our last paleo potluck, we will be hosting Meat and Greets every quarter to celebrate seasonal eating and come together as a community. This is a great time to try new recipes and meet other members of the gym (6am and 6:30pm people need to see each other!) Keep an eye out for dates and times.
