Happy Birthday Cristi Lington! Cristi has been a member here at Cannon since November 2011. Since that time she has made huge strides in her health and fitness. From the beginning Cristi was ready and willing to soak up as much knowledge and information as she could by attending the Nutrition Seminar in January, participating in both Paleo challenges, and constantly setting new personal records in the gym. She is always a joy to have in class, encouraging others, and giving 110% on every workout. So here is to you Cristi Lington! Happy Birthday and we hope to celebrate many more with you!
