CANNON'S CATALYST

Cannon’s Catalyst program is designed to build stronger relationships within our gym.  Think of them as Cannon’s ambassadors, spreading our passion and conviction to live stronger and healthier lives.

We are choosing our Catalyst based on more than just their successes in the gym– how much weight they’ve lost or pounds they added to their back squat.

And this isn’t about being studs in the gym (although they most certainly are).

No, what sets our Catalyst athletes apart is that they totally GET the Cannon program. Not just the regular attendance or the technical lifts, but the spirit and community of the gym, earned through the hard work and changes they made to their own lives.
