Can I do a consultation?

Of course! Our No Sweat Intro is a free 30 minute session will include a tour of the facility, a review of our programs, and then time to talk about your goals with one of our coaches.  This consultation does not include a workout so any attire is appropriate.

Can’t I just start in a group class?

If you are a current crossfitter you can absolutely start in a group class. Check out our schedule here and let us know what day and class time you would like to drop in/try us out.

If you are new to CrossFit, the way you get started with our CrossFit classes is through the Fundamentals program. Click here for more information on Fundamentals.

What are your hours?

I train at a CrossFit facility in another town and am traveling in Houston. Can I drop in on a class?

Yes! Just give us a call or send us an email and let us know what day and class time you would like to come (Please do not just drop in!). A drop in class is $20. We do not accept t-shirt exchanges as payment.

I have never Crossfitted before. What do I need to bring?

This means you will be starting your first Fundamentals! For your first class, all you need is a bottle of water and a good attitude! If you have not already taken care of your paperwork electronically please arrive 10 minutes early so we can get everything signed. Then you can meet your coach and get a tour of the gym.
