Our clients’ overall health and well-being are our top priority. We strive to make an impact on the community through kowledge and edcation, particularly as they releate to nutrition. Whether you’re training for performance, looking to lose weight, or just trying to lead a healthier lifestyle your dietary and nutritional habits are the foundation of everything else you do. If you’re not fueling your body properly then it doesn’t matter what your goal is, it will be that much more difficult to achieve.

 

Our in-house Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Farrah Oxley, RDN, is the head of our nutrition program and has developed the “I CAN” Nutrition Plan. Our nutrition program combines behavioral change with achievement to create habits that will last a lifetime.

Our nutrition program is very unique and is designed to provide individuals with an easy, science-based approach to nutrition and wellness, using simple behavior modification strategies to create positive change without the stress of “dieting”. The path towards a healthy lifestyle is a team effort between you, your coach, and your Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. Farrah Oxley will do all she can within her scope of practice to help you meet your personal goals. She will make many suggestions, you pick which ones you want to try and she will coach you along the way!

There are plenty of programs out there telling you what NOT to eat or how to replace meals with supplements and shakes, but what if we could achieve even better results by learning what TO eat and using whole foods with limited ingredients? Behold, a program to build life-long skills one step at a time. The “I CAN” Nutrition Plan is centered on wholesome foods and sensible combinations. The individualzed meal plans contain delicious nutrient dense foods loaded with both anti-inflammatory and lean muscle building effects. While limiting processed foods, excess sodium, and added sugars the “I CAN” Nutrition Plan will give you the confidence that YES YOU CAN accomplish your goals. Backed by our proven record of success the Cannon Fitness and Performance nutrition program will give you the resources, knowledge, and self-assurance to make healthy eating a part of your everyday lifestyle.

“Initiate” Nutrition Program—$75

The “Initiate” Nutrition Program is a one-time plan to get the ball rolling and the brain thinking. This is intended for individuals who are mainly seeking a general outline of nutrition eucation and meal planing. This allows you face time with the RDN to discuss how your InBody testing and body measurements line up with nutrition. You will be given a general nutrition information packet and a 1-week sample meal plan to guide you as you move forward.

“Change” Nutrition Program—$200

The “Change” Nutrition Program is a 2-week nutrition package to truly jump start your healthy lifestyle change. This is intended for individuals who want to work with the RDN to establish realistic, individualized nutrition goals. Based on these goals the RDN will formulate a 2-week personalized meal plan including both meals and snacks tailored specifically to the needs of the individual. This will provide you with more specific tools to continue adopting healthy habits moving forward.

“Advance” Nutrition Program—$325

The “Advance” Nutrition Program is a 4-week nutrition package that provides a more hands-on relationship between the individual and the RDN. This is intended for indivduals that seek extended accountability as the RDN will serve as your coach and partner with you through the program. She will work with you to establish goals, create a 4-week personalized meal plan paired with a grocery list for the meals as well as weekly 10-minute follow ups to assess goals and success. This plan is great for individuals looking for both knowledgeable and motivational coaching.

“Navigate” Nutrition Program—$550

The “Navigate” Nutrition Program is an 8-week nutrition package that provides both a more hands-on relationship between the individual and the RDN as well as longevity. This is intended for the individuals who are truly committed to putting their nutrition and health goals first. The RDN will work with you to establish goals, create an 8-week personalized meal plan paired with a grocery list for the meals, a recipe booklet filled with additional nutritious and delicious recipes, weekly 10-minute follow-ups to assess goals and success, as well as weekly email updates including tips and inspiration. This plan is perfect for individuals looking for total access to the RDN and her nutrition education tools and resources.
